nice to meet you

Marley is a dynamic broadcaster, former elite athlete, and businesswoman with a proven track record of success.

At Hubbard Broadcasting, she built a reputation as a media jack-of-all-trades— serving as host, producer, writer, and editor across radio, television, podcasts, and digital platforms. She launched and scaled her own podcast to over 10,000 unique listens per episode across 95 episodes in three years, ultimately leading Hubbard’s first strategic investment in podcasting.

Marley’s broadcasting career began after playing D1 ice hockey for Dartmouth College (2005-2009) and a season playing professionally in Salzburg, Austria. A lifelong athlete, she remains deeply connected to the game— earning a silver medal with the U.S. women’s ball hockey team at the 2019 World Championships in Košice, Slovakia and taking pride in collecting pond hockey championship titles across the country.

In recent years, Marley has turned her focus toward business leadership. She earned her MBA from Vanderbilt University before joining Deloitte Consulting, and most recently led business operations for PWHL Boston during the inaugural season of the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL).

Originally from Saint Paul, Minnesota, Marley brings a competitive spirit, creative mindset, and strategic lens to everything she does.
